What is the expected duration of my appointment?

  • 60 minutes for the first Psych-Eval appointment
  • 20 minutes for follow-ups
  • 60-minute therapy session

How can I obtain a refill on my prescription?

Please call (630) 270-7717 and press 2 to leave a message requesting a refill, modification, or new medicine. Please get in touch with me as soon as you run out of medicine since the process might take up to 72 hours.

All restricted drugs need a visit every three months, and new prescriptions may necessitate regular follow-up sessions to verify sustained effectiveness.

Do I need anything special for my appointment?

Please bring a picture ID, a list of any drugs you are presently taking, and your insurance card or duplicate of your card.

Why can’t I keep an appointment that I’ve already scheduled?

As soon as you know you won’t be able to make your appointment, please phone the relevant office location to let them know.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your planned time. As a result, we will be able to see another patient.

There is a $50 cancellation charge if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

A doctor’s visit is also required for specific documents, and a physician’s service charge applies to every documentation a doctor must complete.

Can you classify me as a self-pay patient?

Yes, we do our best to keep our self-pay patients’ costs low. Please contact one of our office locations to talk with a receptionist if you have any questions regarding our service charges.

In what ways do we provide Telemedicine services?

You can view chosen physicians and psychotherapists through encrypted video on your phone or PC.

If you don’t want to leave the comfort of your own home, telemedicine appointments are a terrific option!

Patients with the practice for some time may use this service. Most insurance policies cover video appointments.
