Premium Health is a Registered Training Organization (RTO) that provides excellent health results for all Australian workforces.
These courses cover everything from the basics of first aid to more advanced topics, including mental health and tactical trauma training.
We think that the well-being of all Australians cannot be compromised. For this reason, our courses are taught by highly-experienced trainers (such as paramedics and nurses) who offer concrete skills to over 50,000 Australians each year.
Since 1989, Phillipa Wilson, a certified nurse and industry leader, has planned, presented, and formalized a wide variety of practical first aid, mental health, health care, and workplace wellness training courses.
There are over 80 dedicated employees that are continually evolving to meet the demands of our customers and give premium quality training conducted by paramedics, nurses, and mental health professionals.
Nurses in A&E and critical care departments have worked in Geelong and Melbourne’s most prominent hospitals. Because I’ve worked in emergency medicine for over a decade, I know the importance of learning from those who have been there and done that. The writer, Phillipa Wilson, says
Understanding best practices and innovation is essential to stay up with the ever-changing industry. We stand out from the crowd because of our relentless pursuit of new ideas.
As one of only two privately owned First Aid training providers, Premium Health has earned a seat on the First Aid Industry Reference Committee, which is chaired by our CEO.
Phillipa is also a member of the Australian Resuscitation Council’s Executive Committee (VIC branch).
Because Premium Health is at the top of its game, it is better positioned than any other company in Australia to influence and contribute to curricular choices and obtain industry information from a position of power.
Courses may be held at the client’s location or one of our numerous public locations around the United States.
Rather than being a corporate responsibility exercise, they are meant to help you, your workplace, and your community.
We take satisfaction in delivering cost-effective solutions, monitoring, and administration throughout the training process.
To achieve our goals, we must have equal creativity, experience, and competence – without compromise.

Is it possible to have a telemedicine appointment?
By scheduling a telehealth appointment, you’ll be able to speak with a medical professional about your health issues without going to the clinic in person.
Remote patient care is often referred to as “telehealth” when computers or mobile phones are used.
Because of this, it is essential to note that the definitions of telehealth/telemedicine differ from one insurance company to the next.
To whom may a telehealth appointment be made available?
Most mild to moderate diseases, including concerns about infection with COVID-19, may be evaluated through a telemedicine visit.
Patients with asthma, diabetes, or depression may benefit from a telemedicine visit to help manage their condition.
A telemedicine appointment may be scheduled by calling (718) 407-7300.
What sorts of telehealth and virtual services are available?
Telephonic visit: a simultaneous phone discussion, a telephone assessment, and service management. For the length of the epidemic, several states and insurers only cover audio-only telephone contacts.
CCHP tracker shows that specific Medicaid programs include audio-only phone calls in their telehealth coverage. However, this varies from state to state.
Even while individual health insurance plans are free to make their own decisions (see the AHIP tracker), many now cover brief phone telehealth sessions until the emergency is gone.
Checking in with a healthcare provider by phone or another telecommunication device or a remote examination of video or photographs given by an established patient are examples of virtual check-ins/digital visits.
Communication between a patient and a health care practitioner through an internet portal.
Medical professionals may use remote patient monitoring to keep track of vital signs and other physiologic data that patients send in.
How can I set up an appointment for telehealth care?
Booking an appointment for telehealth services is no different than scheduling an in-person session. To schedule a telehealth appointment, call us at (718) 407-7300 and let the scheduling staff know.
