What is Omni family health?
The Omni Family Health network of cutting-edge Community Health Centers has won several national awards. Omni delivers high-quality healthcare services throughout Kern, Kings, Tulare, and Fresno Counties in California’s Central Valley.
For the benefit of our local communities, we provide a comprehensive healthcare delivery system that includes primary, preventive, and support services in the areas of medical and mental health.
As a mission-driven organization, Omni’s team of dedicated health care clinicians and employees works to make high-quality, affordable health care available to people of all ages and socioeconomic backgrounds.
It is not necessary to have medical insurance to obtain treatments from Omni. Health insurance plans such as Medi-Cal, Medicare, and Denti-Cal are all accepted. At Omni’s health facilities, we provide free translation services.
Numerous organizations, including the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), have acknowledged Omni’s accomplishments, including the Migrant Center of the Year and the Outstanding Achievement Award.
Omni most recently got two HRSA Quality Improvement Awards in a row in 2017 and 2018 for surpassing national quality criteria in clinical care.
The Joint Commission and Patient-Centered Health Home accreditations show Omni’s best-practice healthcare delivery system.
Organizational success may be traced back to a well-executed strategy by the Board of Directors and a relentless effort by the Executive Management Team headed by Francisco L. Castillon, MPA.
Omni will continue to strive to be the premier healthcare provider in the Central Valley and beyond to realize its goal and vision.
