HIGH fitness has revived the aerobics craze in a fresh and modern style, and its devotees are raving about it.
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIGH) is an updated, exciting, and productive spin on the classic aerobics routine. Leg warmers and air guitar accompany a cardiovascular and toning workout.
The HIGH Fitness brand is built on reliability and ease of use. Classes are entertaining, straightforward, and professionally choreographed to ensure your success.
Classes are structured to get you moving, keep you motivated, and assist you in burning off emotional weight whether you’re on a high or Low path. You will have a fantastic time and be left wanting more proof that physical activity can be enjoyable.
Our trademark style combines aerobic and anaerobic exercise with active recovery segments, making for a highly efficient and effective training method.
By alternating short bursts of high-intensity activity with more extended periods of moderate/active recovery, you may keep your body guessing safely and effectively that best suits your needs.
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a no-equipment (ZERO) full-body exercise that has been proven to improve cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength, and endurance.
Even more crucially, it has significant positive effects on mental health. Connection, support, and inclusion benefit the mind and body.
These are just some things you can expect to find at HIGH fitness, besides a great exercise and a fantastic atmosphere.
HIGH Low is a low-impact exercise that provides impact progressions for each action, resulting in a steady-state cardio routine each participant designs for themselves.
This challenging program, which is suitable for participants of varying fitness levels, centers on the steady-state (or aerobic) training zone, in which participants’ heart rates are kept at a stable, but challenging, aerobic level for the class duration.
Low-impact exercises reduce joint pain while boosting fitness, cardiovascular health, and emotional well-being. Fun, great music and a welcoming community atmosphere are all hallmarks of the HIGH brand.

Why HIGH Fitness?
The New High Culture
When you come to work out, you’ll leave with new friends. You will quickly realize that you are among friends with the same interest: having a good time.
In a nutshell, it’s straightforward, reliable, and efficient.
The outcomes are consistent and predictable. Enjoy the freedom to move freely thanks to choreography that is always the same, never complicated, and never dangerous.
Equipment Not Required
You need suitable sneakers, a water bottle, and some free space. Although leg warmers are not required, they are strongly suggested.
Amber Zenith and Emily Nelson, two friends who are fitness instructors, established HIGH fitness in 2015. More than a million people take part in fitness programs each year, both in-person and online, thanks to what began as a single session at a community center.
Calgary native Amber is a two-time dirt bike and tennis champion from Salt Lake City, and Emily is a former dancer and journalism major.
They have turned the fitness business on its head by advocating for individuals to become their best selves and shed excess emotional weight.
Over the years, they’ve amassed a staff of more than 3,500 teachers who all share the mission of helping students “rock who they already are” rather than trying to change them.
Our mission is to get people excited about the activity and themselves. This is done so that individuals may understand that they can improve their lives by altering their perspective on themselves rather than attempting to alter who they are.
THE HIGH VISION
To foster an environment where lifting others is the norm. Together, our teachers provide a setting that is at once kind and stimulating.
Individuals can release pent-up emotions due to the combination of music, physical activity, and endorphins. The purpose of HIGH courses is to get you moving and having a good time in a low-pressure environment, hoping you’ll continue coming back for more.
SUBMIT TO DIVERSITY
At HIGH fitness, we are working hard to provide a welcoming environment that values and respects the unique perspectives of each team member.
Our goal is to provide settings and opportunities where individuals from all walks of life can connect and flourish through physical activity.

What is high fitness workout?
Emily Nelson and Amber Zenith, the brains of the new exercise sensation HIGH FITNESS, explained how they came up with the idea.
They concluded that there was a need for an engaging and challenging educational experience. After teaching and attending hundreds of sessions themselves, they saw a need in the market and launched HIGH FITNESS to fill it.
Choreographed interval training is the best way to explain the program. Interval training to upbeat pop music and intense, simple fitness routines characterize this high-intensity, high-fun fitness session.
Through its meticulously crafted choreography that alternates between challenging cardio peaks and toning tracks, HIGH Fitness achieves a high-calorie burn and total-body toning.
With Emily’s help, Amber has built a fitness network that spans the western United States and Canada. They design their programs emphasizing pleasant emotions and uplifting environments for exercise.
Visit this page to locate a local HIGH class. This Saturday at 9:30, masters class students may find Amber and Emily at the Sports Mall in Salt Lake City. For more information, follow them on Instagram at @ilovehighfitness.
