  1. Advantages galore are yours for the taking with Defined Fitness. You will fully use the cardio machines, such as stair climbers, stationary bicycles, and treadmills. Dumbbells, barbells, and weight racks are all examples of free weights.
  2. The 25-meter lap pool is ideal for swimming and water aerobics, so go ahead and squeeze in a quick workout. Then, unwind in one of the spa’s bubbling hot tubs. At Defined, you may relax on hydromassage beds after strenuous exercise.

  • BODYFLOW: a meditative and strengthening exercise routine combining Tai Chi, Yoga, and Pilates
  • TONE: Resistance, core, mobility, and balance are components of this traditional music-inspired group exercise.

Yoga at Defined Fitness includes the following classes:

  • Essential Yoga: This is a great way to enhance your balance and learn proper breathing methods, making it ideal for beginners.
