Located in New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Kansas, Centers Health Care is the leading provider of post-acute healthcare in the Northeast and beyond.
Excellent results may be achieved because our healthcare resources are involved in practically every step of the post-acute continuum.
Kenneth Rozenberg started Centers Health Care in 1996 as a 77-bed nursing home. Today, Centers Health Care is New York’s biggest post-acute healthcare provider, serving almost 400,000 patients annually.
We have four home health agencies, New York’s most significant private ambulance business, and a managed care program as part of our CHC continuum, which includes more than 5,000 skilled nursing beds.
Taking a look back and looking forward
“At risk” skilled nursing beds were added to the Centers Health Care family during the company’s foundation in 1996, bringing the total number of “at risk” beds to more than 3,000.
So many vulnerable individuals have and continue to fuel our development in this market, saving homes one by one and converting them into high-quality institutions.
