Fit HIIT workouts by BLUSH FIT

Personal training sessions in small groups are offered by BLUSH FIT HIIT. Interval training sessions are high-intensity interval training sessions meant to enhance the body’s capacity to burn fat, boost resting metabolic rate, and enable members to burn a large number of calories in a short period. Until we relocate to our new building, you may try it free.

Conditioning with BLUSH

Gain lean muscle mass and improve your overall fitness with this 50-minute complete body strength training session.

To increase your cardiovascular fitness, each session includes a brief cardio segment designed to get your heart rate up and burn some extra calories.
This lesson is suitable for all fitness levels and may be adjusted accordingly.

50 minutes of balance, strength, and flexibility will put your mind at ease
BLUSH Flow is a great way to work on your physical fitness.

CardioKick BLUSH

CardioKick is a fat-blasting, ab-defining cardio exercise that burns up to 1,000 calories each hour!
Kickboxing and easy dance beat paired with pounding dance music will have you looking forward to your next exercise!

BLUSHing Beauties

This is a full-body workout that takes place for a half-hour.
Before moving on to HIIT-style exercises or mobility drills, students complete 20 minutes of strength training.
To maximize your aerobic and anaerobic ability, this session targets both your upper and lower body and core for a predetermined amount of time each week.

Blushing to the Music

Dance the night away to Latin and worldwide music in our 50-minute session!
This session uses various dancing styles to keep you moving, burn calories, and enhance your cardiovascular health.

Ballet with a Twist

For one hour, BLUSH Dance will keep you moving to the beats of pop, hip hop, and rap.
Musical diversity and inventive choreography combine to make this a really unique experience.
A full-body workout is what you can expect from beginning to conclusion.

It has a BLUSH sound.

In our 50-minute session, we combine bodyweight or lightweight routines with high repetitions to build strength and endurance.
This full-body workout targets all major muscle groups and is suitable for people of any fitness level.

A pump with the name “BLUSH.”

BLUSH Pump will include 50 minutes of high-repetition weight training in a lightweight, high-repetition fashion.
This is a hard and gratifying exercise that will help you burn calories for up to three days.
