Health Care That Is Focused on the Patient
By the strictest levels of care possible:
- We attempt to pay attention to each patient’s specific requirements.
- We use our communication and listening abilities to respect the rights of all people.
- Regarding health care, we want our patients to take an active role in their treatment and make educated choices.
- It is important to us that we acknowledge and recognize the many religious and ethnic backgrounds of our patients.
Arnot Health Portal
The Patient Portal is temporarily unavailable.
The Patient Portal is getting an upgrade.
Everything at Arnot Health’s outpatient offices was restored once the computer problem that was impacting them was fixed (services at Arnot Health Hospitals were not affected by this issue).
Full access to the Patient Portal is anticipated to be restored over the next several days.
A delay in transferring the remaining patient data to the new, Cloud-based portal environment is being blamed on our electronic health record provider.
We appreciate your patience as we work to upload and make accessible the patient test and appointment data that was unavailable during the service disruption.
As a patient of Arnot Medical Services (AMS), we encourage you to call your provider’s office if you have any questions about diagnostic testing or lab results, upcoming appointments, etc. (click here to go to our online provider directory).
This service disruption to the Patient Portal was not caused by a cyber-attack or other criminal conduct but rather by a technical fault.
There has been no breach in securing our patient’s personal information.
We sincerely regret any trouble this has caused you, and we appreciate your patience.

Arnot Health Medical Records
Requesting Medical Records
It is Arnot Health’s policy to maintain a confidential and secure medical record for each patient.
Online access to patient medical records is available to our patients and their legal representatives without having to print, sign and rescan a release form.
MRO eXpress, Arnot Health’s release of information partner, may be accessed by clicking the link below.
We’ve designed our eXpress application to guide you through the request process and collect the data we need to assist you.
Arnot Health has created ONE CENTRAL release of information process for Arnot Ogden Medical Center, St. Joseph’s Hospital Campus, and Ira Davenport Memorial Hospital to simplify the process for our patients and their legal representatives.
Now, you may access your medical records from any of the three Arnot Health Hospitals via the HIM team and MRO eXrpess.
Medical Records Online (MRO) is a nationally acknowledged leader in providing information for processing medical records requests.
MRO and Arnot Health have been working together since 2008. MRO received 2020 Best in KLAS award for Release of Information, which is given to vendors who go above and beyond to assist healthcare professionals in providing better care to their patients.
The designation “Best in KLAS” is reserved for the market software and service segments that, according to their clients, have the most significant operational and clinical impact on healthcare organizations.
